We use PayPal to process all online payments. It’s a fast and secure way for customers to pay online via all major debit and credit cards, online bank transfers and via payments from PayPal account holders.
Customers do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
If you do not have a PayPal account please follow these instructions; when you get to the payment page look for the part that says 'Don't have a PayPal account?' as seen in the image below and click on the link you will then be able to pay using your credit or debit card as a PayPal guest.

If you would like to collect your order and save on postage this can be arranged, just contact us with your requirements and we will take it from there.
Different sizes poles for hiking boots, small wellies, riding boots, snow boots etc. can be made to order. You can choose to have all one length poles or a combination of any length up to the maximum the rack you order holds, at no extra cost. You can contact us with your requirements or order through the website.
In normal circumstances, orders received by us before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) are normally dispatched within seven working days and will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday ( UK mainland), however this is not guaranteed as we do not mass produce and have limited storage space. Please let us know prior to ordering if you require an urgent delivery, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Orders are sent via courier and will require a signature upon receipt.
Deliveries to areas outside UK mainland can be arranged, please contact us for a no obligation quote.
In the case of international orders the customer will be deemed responsible for all import duties and taxes which might be levied on the goods once the consignment reaches its destination.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 3 days. A full refund will be issued back to your payment card.
You may return any items within 14 days of receipt, for a full
refund or exchange. Please return in good condition, and with
the original packaging where possible.
You will need to pay for the cost of the return postage unless
the items are damaged or faulty.
We do not have a shop as such but do welcome visitors. If you are in the area and you would like to visit us please feel free to do so. We would recommend making an appointment to guarantee we are available.
All emails are normally answered within the hour if received between the
hours of 9am - 4pm
Monday - Friday (excluding public
holidays). Outside these times we will
get back to you as soon as possible. All our contact details can
